Last week Apple released the third version of the iPad. With a high resolution “Retina” display and an upgraded camera, the new iPad still sells at the same price.
For high quality viewing of our photos and the capacity to assemble” albums” of our best images or photos from our last holiday, the iPad is second to none.
I’ve not seen the new version yet but on paper the spec doesn’t look enough to justify an upgrade from our original version, now 18 months old and doing fine. But I may be missing something?
With Adobe issuing new versions of Lightroom and Photoshop within weeks of each other, and new high end cameras from Nikon, Canon, Fuji and Sony, it seems to be getting harder than ever to keep up with all the new technology.
